CrewMembers perform a variety of landscape maintenance activities. Thisincludes the use of hand tools and operating a variety of power-drivenequipment.

Skills

• Knowledge and experience of working with Property Management companies
• Knowledge and proper use of lawn mowing and edging equipment
• Ability to operate power mowers, chainsaws, pole pruners, blowers, weed eaters, chippers, other equipment and vehicles

Requirements

• Experience in landscape maintenance required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried and/or pushed)
• Ability to work in adverse conditions such as excessive heat
• Ability to perform extended walking, standing, kneeling and/or squatting
