Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is hiring a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team on commercial landscape maintenance projects year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, perform and supervise mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, operate trucks and landscape tools, and ensure safety and quality. The role rewards reliability, strong communication, and opportunities for advancement in a stable, daily-pay environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
