Refined Gardens in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member for a full-time, year-round role with a fixed 4-day schedule (Tue–Fri, 10-hour days). Pay ranges from $20–$24/hour plus performance bonuses.

Eligible for health/dental/vision after 90 days, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and growth opportunities toward crew lead or foreman. The role involves routine landscape maintenance, planting and irrigation checks, and ensuring high standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Landscape maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass E-Verify.
• Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and detail work.
• Assist with planting, seasonal color, and irrigation checks.
• Monitor plant health and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems.
• Follow direction from the Foreman to complete work efficiently and to company standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Help ensure every property consistently meets high standards.
