Refined Gardens in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 3-6 on outdoor construction projects. You'll ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, reading plans, delegating tasks, and coordinating with the Project Manager on scheduling and material needs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a similar role, ability to operate skid steers and mini excavators, and are capable of training a crew. English/Spanish bilingual bonus welcome.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading landscape construction crews.
• Ability to read plans and blueprints.
• Experience with irrigation installation and basic welding.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record; E-Verify compliant.

What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you’ll lead a crew of 3-6 team members to complete outdoor construction projects safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and project layouts

• Ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety
• Operating and maintaining construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years as a Landscape Construction Foreman or similar leadership role
• Skills: Ability to read plans, install irrigation, install steel edging, and basic welding techniques
• Equipment Operation: Comfortable using skid steers, mini-excavators, and power tools
• Leadership: Strong ability to train and manage a crew
• Physical Ability: Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license, clean criminal record, E-Verify compliant
• Bonus: Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
