Juniper is growing! We are seeking Crew Members for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on the jobsites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities include mowing turf, pruning shrubs, planting beds, laying sod, and using hand and power tools. The role requires outdoor work, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus as is a mindset to join a team that values quality and

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work long hours outside in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
