Job summary

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for its Landscape Maintenance teams. You will perform landscape duties on job sites, mowing, pruning, planting, laying sod, and more to keep client properties looking their best.

Candidates with landscaping experience and the ability to work long hours outdoors in heat are valued, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Competitive benefits are available to join the Juniper family.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience required.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Must be able to work long periods outside in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mowing turf, edging, and blowing.
• Pruning shrubs and low tree branches.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds.
• Laying sod.
• Pulling weeds.
• Applying mulch.
• Picking up trash or debris.
• Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
• Digging trenches and holes.
• Moving soil, equipment, and materials.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
