Job summary

DJ's Landscape Management is seeking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to perform mulch installation, pruning, bed edging, perennial care, weeding and spraying in the field. This full-time, year-round role offers a path to Crew Leader and includes winter snow removal tasks.

You will join a team with competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, plus snow pay, incentives, training, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required for Crew Member position; we will train the right candidates.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
