Job Summary

This position is responsible for the maintenance of Engledow client properties. Tasks include watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, pruning, snow removal in winter, trash removal, and other duties as assigned. The role involves providing timely and quality maintenance services while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist team and Supervisor in contract coordination and implementation
• Manage equipment use to maximize lifespan and minimize repairs
• Maintain properties through various landscaping tasks
• Perform snow removal and trash collection as needed
• Report equipment needs and issues to Supervisor
• Understand client site needs and work efficiently
• Participate in safety meetings and tailgate sessions
• Assist in snow removal and support other divisions when required
• Report safety hazards to Supervisor

Requirements

• Strong teamwork skills
• Ability to pass drug and background screens
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., and perform walking, bending, kneeling tasks
