Job Description: Maintenance Crew Member

EMI’s team is always accepting applications from happy, smart, hardworking individuals seeking a fulfilling career in the landscaping service industry. Responsibilities include:

1. Operating and maintaining commercial mowing and maintenance equipment such as riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, stick edgers, chain saws, and gas hedge shears.
2. Identifying weeds in landscape beds and planting areas.
3. Working extended hours, including weekends and during inclement weather.
4. Communicating effectively with crew leaders and following instructions.
5. Performing physical tasks such as walking, stretching, bending, kneeling, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
6. Performing duties like digging, raking, planting, and operating various types of power equipment/lawnmowers.
