Juniper is Growing! We are seeking Drivers for our Landscape Maintenance teams. Our Crew Members perform work on job sites in a safe and quality manner to ensure beautiful landscapes for our clients. This position involves dual responsibilities: driving a Juniper truck & trailer and working alongside the landscape maintenance crew at each site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck with a 24’ trailer.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of the landscape maintenance crew, completing tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, planting, weed pulling, applying mulch, and other landscape duties.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to perform landscape tasks.
• Move soil, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Experience in safely driving trucks & trailers.
• Landscaping experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors for long periods, in extreme temperatures and sunlight.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
