Job Title: Maintenance Crew Member

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1. Operate and maintain commercial mowing and maintenance equipment, including riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, stick edgers, chain saws, and gas hedge shears.
2. Identify weeds in landscape beds and planting areas.
3. Work extended hours, including weekends and during inclement weather.
4. Communicate effectively with your crew leader and follow simple instructions.
5. Perform physical tasks such as walking, stretching, bending, kneeling, and lifting at least 50 lbs.
6. Perform duties like digging, raking, planting, and operating various types of power equipment/lawnmowers.
