Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation in Florida seeks a Maintenance Account Manager for Lawncare Recurring (Operations). You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and field operations, ensuring contract delivery, satisfaction, and retention while growing recurring revenue.

You will build client relationships, manage accounts, coordinate with crews, support renewals, and identify opportunities to enhance service value.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years in account management or operations in a service-based industry.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to manage multiple client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance accounts (commercial, HOA, municipal).
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Ensure services delivered per contract specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate corrective actions with operations teams.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate with branch leadership to align expectations and crews.
