Down To Earth Landscape & Irrigation in Tampa seeks a Business Developer to drive recurring lawncare growth. You will prospect, build a strong pipeline, meet clients, and close contracts with commercial, municipal, HOA, and large residential accounts.

The role emphasizes relationship-building and consultative selling to align services with company capabilities. You will collaborate with operations and account management, prepare proposals, and navigate pricing and contracts to achieve revenue

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or sales.
1–2 years in business development, sales, or account management.
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel locally and attend client meetings.

Mansioni

Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets.
Build a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and events.
Develop relationships with internal partners and clients.
Conduct meetings, site walks, and needs assessments with clients.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and account management on proposals and pricing.
Drive revenue by targeting commercial landscape accounts and closing deals.
