Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a full-time crew leader to supervise outdoor crews, ensure safety, and coordinate work with clients. The role requires operating outdoor equipment and lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will train and lead crew members, manage weekly schedules, and uphold quality standards. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, can work outdoors in varying weather, and are fluent in English (bilingual a plus).

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
