Landscape Workshop is hiring for full-time groundskeeping roles in the United States. The team maintains properties through lawn care, planting, and general landscape upkeep, coordinating crews and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and handle walk-behind mowers.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Valid US Driver's License and a clean driving record (Crew Leaders & Field Managers only).

Responsibilities

• Lawn care including mowing, edging, weeding and fertilizing.
• Planting and flower installation.
• Property maintenance such as leaf blowing, tree pruning and shrub trimming.
• Prepare work trucks daily with crew.
• Coordinate and drive crews along maintenance routes (Field Managers).
• Communicate with the client to ensure an excellent customer experience (Field Managers).

• Base Pay $16.00 - $25.00 / Hour

Description

Job Responsibilities & Duties General groundskeeping maintenance for properties including:

• Lawn care such as mowing, edging, weeding and fertilizing
• Plantings and flower installation
• Property maintenance such as leaf blowing, tree pruning and shrub trimming
