Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking a full-time crew member to perform landscaping maintenance at properties in Taylors, SC. The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive to job sites; you will assist in scheduling and timesheets and may serve as a backup driver.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, operate walk-behind mowers and other landscape tools, and collaborate with the crew to deliver high-quality results while adhering to safety rules and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of landscaping experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
