Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Sarasota is seeking a full-time crew supervisor to lead a weather-exposed crew on landscape projects. You will ensure safety, coordinate client needs, and help schedule crew tasks to meet project timelines.

You will lift heavy items, operate walk-behind mowers, and manage weekly schedules while delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong team communication.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant landscaping experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate landscape equipment safely.
• Experience coordinating crew schedules and timekeeping.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members
• Communicate with the client about property needs
• Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
