Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Lexington, KY is seeking a full-time crew lead to manage outdoor landscaping crews and ensure safety on projects. The role requires lifting, operating landscape equipment, and coordinating weekly schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to communicate with clients while training crew members. A valid driver’s license is preferred, and bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
