Job summary

Addison Group in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Enhancement Manager to plan and direct landscape enhancement services, oversee multiple service teams, and support account managers in estimating, design and client meetings.

You will train crews, manage scheduling, ensure safety, monitor quality, and develop growth plans while maintaining strong client relationships; this is a full‑time, on‑site role with a company vehicle program and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in business/horticulture.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, customer relations, or operations leadership within landscaping.
• PLANET Certification (Installation of Hard and Softscapes) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors for quality work.
• Prepare action plans after inspecting properties.
• Identify irrigation repair needs and communicate recommendations.
• Monitor landscape health for pests or diseases after service.
• Perform hands-on work with crews to meet schedule.
• Enforce safety and equipment maintenance policies.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing and daily crew schedules.
• Ensure proper paperwork for employee changes and hires.
