Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Field Manager for landscape maintenance to lead field crews, manage budgets, and deliver enhancement projects on time and within budget. The role emphasizes mentorship, client interaction, and active participation in training programs.

You will supervise daily production, monitor costs, and ensure quality while growing our people and maintaining company standards across multiple sites. A CDL and solid English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and scheduling projects.
• Experience managing others.
• Experience working with service customers.
• At least one year of enhancement or landscape installation experience in a commercial setting.
• Two- or four-year horticultural degree; two years industry experience; substitutions allowed.
• Experience purchasing hard and live materials and negotiating best price.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned enhancements.
• Develop understanding of budgets, hours and costs; monitor reports and communicate budgets to crew.
• Attend or conduct regular certification trainings and training sessions.
• Meet clients on every job and ensure satisfaction with work.
• Monitor quality and obtain sign‑offs for completed days.
• Sell an acceptable level of extras via Time & Materials tickets.
• Maintain and service vehicles and equipment; ensure safe operating conditions.
