Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Assistant Field Manager to support on-site leadership for commercial landscape construction and maintenance projects. You will coordinate daily workflows with the Field Manager, oversee safety, PPE, and crew productivity, and help maintain equipment and a clean, safe job site.

The role requires hands-on field experience in landscape construction, strong organization, and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute jobs while assisting the onsite Field Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining heavy equipment including preventative maintenance, and any additional tools necessary.
• Familiarity with overseeing safety and monitoring proper PPE onsite.
• Ability to assist the Field Manager with overseeing job site quality and productivity.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Coordinate the daily work schedule with the Field Manager.
• Assist in training and managing personnel assigned to the crew.
