Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Field Manager to lead landscape maintenance operations across client properties. You will coordinate crews, equipment, and materials, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards and company guidelines.

You will hire, train, and mentor team members, monitor costs and performance, and cultivate strong client relationships. A valid driver’s license and horticulture background are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities for assigned maintenance contracts.
• Lead, hire, train, and grow team members with coaching and mentoring.
• Monitor labor, budgets, production hours, and job costs to stay on track.
• Assess work quality daily and address potential issues; submit service reports.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue and add-on services.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Understand branch goals and drive efficiency, productivity, and value.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment remain safe, clean, and usable.
