Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co. is seeking an Enhancement Manager to oversee landscape maintenance enhancement projects, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites. You will drive profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while cultivating talents and reinforcing safety standards.

You will develop proposals, build client relationships, and coordinate with branch leadership to grow revenue and ensure timely, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in horticulture, landscape management, or related field; substitute with industry experience or certifications.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience managing production-level teams and personnel development.
• At least two years of hands-on production management experience across multiple service projects.
• Valid driver's license with clean record in last 3 years.
• Proven sales & customer service background with direct client interaction.
• Experience in estimating enhancement-related work and developing competitive proposals.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (timekeeping, reporting, inventory).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day enhancement operations across multiple teams including estimating, scheduling, color programs, procurement, logistics, job costing, and billing.
• Provide leadership to Enhancement Field Managers and crews, communicating policies, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Monitor costs and performance to align with budgets and profitability while maintaining quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and address client concerns.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying client needs and partnering with account/branch leadership to win new work.
• Maintain documentation: sales tracking, job packages, POs, and invoice approvals.
• Support branch facilities, fleet, and equipment to meet safety and company standards.
