Ruppert Landscape is seeking an Enhancement Manager to oversee landscape enhancement projects, manage budgets, and develop teams across multiple crews. You will ensure client satisfaction and profitability while coordinating with branch leadership to meet company goals.

The role requires strong sales and service experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to estimate enhancement work. A driver’s license and English communication proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Safety-first mindset and adherence to safety regulations.
• Two years of supervisory experience managing production teams.
• Two+ years of hands-on production management across multiple service projects.
• At least one year of experience in estimating enhancement work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day enhancement operations across multiple teams (estimating, scheduling, color programs, procurement, logistics, job costing, billing).
• Lead Enhancement Field Managers and crews, set policies, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Monitor costs and performance to meet budget and profitability goals.
• Conduct site inspections and address client concerns; perform evaluations.
• Develop client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
