Job summary

Bloom Talent Solutions is seeking an Enhancement Manager to turn property needs into sold landscape improvements. This client‑facing role blends sales and design to identify and close opportunities across managed properties.

You will lead presentations, sketch concepts, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs. A strong sales mindset and professional client interaction are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape sales, design, account management, project management, or a related client‑facing role.
• Strong sales mindset with the initiative and persistence to pursue and close opportunities.
• Polished, professional presence and the ability to build trust with clients.
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to sketch and clearly communicate design ideas.
• Strong digital fluency with estimating, customer management, project management, and mobile applications.
• Excellent organization and follow‑through.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a larger team.
• Landscape, horticulture, construction, design, or related sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate properties and identify opportunities to improve appearance, function, and long‑term value.
• Respond quickly to leads from Garden Managers, the Production Manager, field crews, and clients.
• Proactively create new opportunities by walking properties, asking good questions, and recognizing client needs.
• Meet with clients to understand their priorities and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and communicate concepts through sketches, photographs, markups, CAD drawings, or other presentation methods.
• Present recommendations confidently and guide clients toward a decision.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Track leads, proposals, client communication, and next steps using company systems.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to provide a complete handoff once work is approved.
• Stay connected through execution to support the team and protect the client experience.
• Contribute to enhancement sales, profitability, client retention, and overall division growth.
