Job summary

Heritage Landscape Services is seeking an Enhancement Design and Salesperson to drive revenue growth through design-led sales for enhancement services. You will foster client relationships, design up-sell opportunities, and lead the sales process from concept to close.

Responsibilities include landscape enhancement design, 2D/3D renderings, and presenting concepts to clients. The role requires collaboration with operations and a focus on meeting sales targets in a Midlands, SC setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, horticulture, or related field; certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and design experience, preferably in commercial landscaping with enhancement focus.
• Strong knowledge of enhancement services, landscaping materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop aesthetically pleasing, sustainable enhancement designs tailored to client preferences and site conditions.
• Utilize landscape design software to produce 2D/3D renderings, site plans, and presentations.
• Select plants, hardscape, and lighting that fit the climate, budget, and maintenance goals.
• Present concepts to clients and modify plans to close sales.
• Proactively seek enhancement opportunities with top-tier clients and provide budget plans.
