Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company in Apex, NC is seeking an Enhancement Design & Estimator to design, estimate, and coordinate production for the Commercial Installation Department. This role also handles administrative tasks and supports the Lead Designer.

The position emphasizes design accuracy, client presentations, and collaboration with account managers, landscape architects, and clients to deliver high-quality installations.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2- or 4-year degree in horticulture or related field.
• Prefer a minimum of three years of landscape design experience.
• Must have a valid NC Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of plants suitable for the Southeast Region and site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Generate designs and estimates in coordination with account managers, landscape architects, and clients.
• Create cost and time estimates for projects using BOSS LM.
• Design through Vectorworks and Adobe Photoshop AI for client presentations.
• Attend on-site meetings and conduct in-person site evaluations when necessary.
• Track job performance and gather feedback on installed projects.
