Greenscape in Holly Springs, NC is seeking a Landscape Construction Estimator who thrives on precision and process. You will estimate and design commercial landscapes, generate bids, and manage change orders within a team-focused, family-owned company.

Ideal candidates have CAD proficiency and 3+ years in the green industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze sites and calculate quantities for soil, plants, mulch, and labor.

Qualifications

• CAD proficiency preferred.
• 3+ years estimating/designing in the green industry.
• Ability to conduct thorough site analyses.
• Ability to calculate quantities for soil, plants, mulch and labor.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Enjoys challenges and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and design commercial landscape.
• Generate commercial construction Landscape bids and all the change orders.
• Support Business Developer with transition from lead through proposal to signed contract and hand off to production.
• Execute all annual color bed designs and plans.
• Interfaces with Business Developer to ensure all client concerns are addressed in a timely professional manner.
