You’ll translate outdoor space goals into actionable plans and ensure clear communication with the production team.

The role emphasizes strong Green Industry knowledge, sales ability, and ongoing professional training to maintain ISA and OCNT certifications, while offering

Qualifications

• Possess prior professional experience working within the Green Industry.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of general landscape maintenance, plant identification, pruning, hardscaping design, and lawn care.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and creativity to help clients envision outdoor spaces.
• Maintain multitasking abilities to handle multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Commit to ongoing professional training to meet ISA and OCNT standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests to assess property needs with no cold calling.
• Evaluate, propose, and design a full range of maintenance and installation services.
• Sell service packages including landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, and snow/ice management.
• Promote pest control, tree/shrub work, and handyman projects.
• Communicate project details clearly between client and production team.
