River City Lawnscape, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Design/Sales Person to drive design/build opportunities and profitable projects. This role develops designs and irrigation/lighting systems tailored to client preferences, working with the Sales team to meet goals.

The position integrates design and sales, overseeing proposals, site assessments, and client communication. Strong CAD skills and CRM familiarity are essential for successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of computer applications and CRM software is desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for proposals and design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and build relationships with builders, developers, and property managers.
• Conduct interviews to gather customer requirements and project preferences.
• Perform site inspections and assessments; present proposals professionally.
• Draft landscape and irrigation design concepts aligned with customer needs and budget.
• Create final designs using CAD software.
• Ensure estimates are prepared and approved before presenting to customers.
• Present approved proposals in a complete, professional manner.
• Maintain records of proposals and follow up to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives for the company.
