Job summary

Exscape Group is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to guide a 2–3 person crew on maintenance and construction projects. You will collaborate with management to ensure safety, organization, and timely completion while driving quality and continuous improvement.

The role includes winter snow operations, potential after-hours work, and responsibilities such as opening/closing duties, equipment maintenance, and inventory control. Medical benefits and a 401(k) plan are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience or education demonstrating ability to perform landscape maintenance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small crew and give clear instructions.
• Familiarity with landscape equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor work in varied weather.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a crew of 2–3, providing clear direction.
• Coordinate with management and sales staff to review project requirements and plan resources.
• Perform landscape maintenance and construction tasks, including site prep and debris removal.
• Monitor budgets and material costs and maintain crew time records.
• Keep management informed about progress and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Participate in winter snow operations and occasional after-hours work.
• Complete opening/closing duties and keep areas organized.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
