Job summary

Landscape Concepts Management, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to manage a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter. You will lead a crew of 2–3, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, and operate landscape equipment while ensuring safety and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise a small crew on job sites.
• Ensure safety and high-quality workmanship on all tasks.
• Maintain timely completion and report hours/materials.
• Train new crew members and support onboarding.
• Operate landscape equipment as required.
• Assist with winter snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew of 2–3 on commercial landscape maintenance jobs.
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup tasks.
• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools.
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion; report crew hours and materials.
• Train new crew members and support onboarding.
