Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, directing a crew of 2–5 to complete tasks safely and to BrightView’s quality standards. You will supervise maintenance, installation, and supportive services such as irrigation and color management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

The role requires proven leadership, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape teams.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with landscape maintenance and installation tasks.
• Ability to train and develop crew members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and help train crew members.
• Ensure equipment preventive maintenance and good working order.
• Log crew time and equipment usage.
