Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. This year-round role includes seasonal snow support in winter months and opportunities for growth within a stable team.

You will lead a crew of 2–3 on job sites, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, and train new members while reporting hours and materials. Competitive pay with overtime and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
