Job summary

jmllandscape is seeking a dependable Crew Leader in Monroeville to supervise a small team on commercial landscape maintenance projects year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter.

You will lead 2–3 crew members on site, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, and ensure high-quality results while upholding safety and timely completion. This role offers year-round work with overtime eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused.
