Job summary

Cutting Edge Landscape in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to supervise a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance year-round. The role includes seasonal snow support to ensure year-round operations.

You will lead 2–3 crew members, oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, operate landscape equipment, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time task completion. Training and onboarding support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
