Job summary

Schultz Lawnscapes in Hampton, VA is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to manage a small landscape maintenance crew on commercial sites year-round, with snow support in winter.

You will guide 2–5 team members, oversee mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, operate landscape equipment, ensure safety and quality, and report hours and materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety.
