Job summary

LSI - Landscape Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance. The role is year-round with seasonal snow support in winter months.

You will lead 2-3 crew members on job sites, supervise mowing and trimming, and ensure safety and timely completion. Snow duties are included during winter; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather.
• Reliable attendance and safety-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks, mowers, trimmers, and other landscape tools
• Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Report crew hours, complete daily paperwork, and track materials
• Train new crew members and support field onboarding
• Assist with snow removal during winter season

What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
