Job summary

Signature Landscape, Inc. is seeking a dependable Crew Leader to oversee a small team on commercial landscape maintenance projects year-round, with seasonal snow support in winter.

You will lead 2--3 crew members, perform mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup, and operate trucks, mowers, and landscape tools. The role emphasizes safety, timely completion, and on-site teamwork with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

What You Bring
