Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations, supervising a 2-5 person crew across maintenance, installation, and irrigation tasks. You will ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction while delivering services as specified on client sites.

The role requires leadership experience, valid driver’s license, and familiarity with equipment and time-tracking processes. This position is on-site at client sites with standard field hours and occasional weekend

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications are required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is needed.
• Evidence of leadership among the team and with peers is expected.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and log time for crew.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies at all times.
• Provide feedback to Operations Manager about crew performance and training needs.
• Support branch meetings and equipment maintenance tracking.
