Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, managing a 2–5 person crew to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView's quality standards. This role covers basic maintenance, installation, and supportive services such as irrigation and seasonal color management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a landscape crew and coordinating tasks.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to train crew members and manage time logs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems and report to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Deliver services as specified at client sites.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Provide feedback on crew performance.
• Help develop and train crew members.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed and gear is in good order.
• Participate in branch meetings and log crew time through ETC.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
