Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, leading a 2–5 person crew to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service across maintenance, installation, and irrigation. The role emphasizes strong team leadership and client satisfaction through proactive problem solving.

The position requires experience in landscape work, a valid driver license, and BrightView equipment certifications or similar credentials.

Qualifications

Experience leading a landscape crew and coordinating field operations.
Valid driver license required.
Experience in landscape maintenance and installation.
BrightView equipment certifications or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee landscape operations at client sites and manage a crew of 2–5 team members.
Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView quality standards.
Supervise service lines including basic maintenance, installation, irrigation and seasonal color management.
Maintain client satisfaction through effective team leadership and high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and provide crew feedback.
Ensure equipment preventative maintenance and accurate time logging.
