Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, managing a 2–5 person crew while ensuring tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards.

You will supervise a variety of service lines including basic maintenance, installation, irrigation support, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, aiming to maintain high client satisfaction through strong leadership and service delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise crew of 2–5 at client sites.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and report issues.
• Develop crew members through training and feedback.
• Capture and log crew time using electronic time capture (ETC).
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
