Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, manage a crew of 2–5 team members, and ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView quality standards.

The role covers maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, with a focus on client satisfaction and high-quality service delivery. Strong leadership and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field with demonstrated leadership.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee crew of 2–5 team members and delegate tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback on crew member performance and training.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
