BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, supervising a 2–5 member crew to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards. The role covers maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, train crew members, ensure equipment is maintained, and report progress to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• BrightView equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew of 2–5 team members on client sites.
• Maintain schedule and meet service expectations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Log crew time and equipment usage.
