Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the operations team, delivering services per contract specifications, on budget, and on schedule with a high standard of quality.

You will manage costs, prepare monthly billings, coordinate change orders, and act as the main contact with owners and subcontractors while building strong relationships and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/landscaping with field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling/project management tools.
• Strong work ethic and effective oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations to ensure services meet contract specs and budget.
• Prepare and manage cost reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Handle monthly billings and change orders; coordinate receivables.
• Maintain relationships with owners, clients, architects, GC's, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety standards and high quality across projects.
