Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to join the operations team. You will ensure services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, on schedule, and with a high standard of quality.

The role involves managing cost reports, coordinating change orders, and serving as the main client contact for installation issues, while building strong relationships and delivering timely financials, schedules, and project updates.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/landscaping with extensive field experience.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook, scheduling, and project management tools.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure services meet contract specs, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and budget variances; support cost reduction strategies.
• Manage monthly job billings and change orders; coordinate receivables and collections.
• Serve as main client contact for project installation issues and build strong relationships.
• Ensure projects are completed per plans, on time, and within budget.
• Provide timely reports, financials, schedules, and budgets.
• Inspect field work and resolve problems; forecast backlog and costs.
• Convert projects to long-term maintenance contracts.
