Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Tucker, GA seeks a Project Manager to partner with the operations team to deliver services per contract specifications, on budget and on schedule, with high quality. You will manage cost reports, review budgets, and prepare change orders while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely monthly billings, coordinating with office management, and converting construction projects to long-term maintenance contracts.

Qualifications

• BA in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction/landscaping industry with extensive field/build experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), scheduling, project management, and digitizing software.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Success at uncovering customers' "points of pain" and developing solutions.
• Driven, disciplined, and focused.
• Effective at building and maintaining trust-based professional relationships.
• Working at a fast pace and operating with a high sense of urgency.
• Coachable, trainable, and have a good sense of humor.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations team to ensure services meet contract specs, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage cost reports and analyze budget variances to lower project costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly job billings.
• Prepare change orders and coordinate receivables with admin management.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers on project installation issues.
• Gather customer needs and build relationships to provide solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed per plans, within budget, and on deadlines.
• Provide regular reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Inspect field work and resolve problems.
• Transition construction projects to long-term maintenance contracts.
