Job summary

Jensen Landscape Services in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a landscape construction supervisor to guide crews and ensure safe, high-quality installation projects under the General Superintendent. You will oversee multiple crew members, uphold safety standards, and train crews in company procedures.

This role requires 3+ years in commercial landscape and construction, proficiency with company iPhone/iPad for reporting, strong organization and time management, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in commercial landscape and construction.
• Familiar with company-issued iPhone/iPad for reporting.
• Organized with strong time management and deadline adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple crew members under the General Superintendent.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• Train crews on safety procedures and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Inspect equipment daily.
• Submit time-cards daily.
• Communicate with management, customers, and vendors in English.
• Understand contractual obligations and direct crew accordingly.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Plan and manage project labor to meet or beat budgets.
• Complete daily JHA’s, Field Reports and labor tracking.
• Plan and request materials for the project three weeks in advance.
