Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Paver Installer Crew Lead to oversee outdoor paving projects in Florida. You will lead a crew, install pavers, bricks, and tile, and ensure quality and safety on site.

The role requires 3+ years of paver installation, leadership experience, and the ability to read blueprints. Expect full-time outdoor work with potential for weekend shifts and sign-on considerations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paver installation and repair experience.
• Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize work crews to install pavers, bricks, tile, and related structures.
• Prepare the site base and compact material per plan.
• Lay, cut, and finish pavers and tiles with precision and minimal gaps.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and team members.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; operate vehicles/equipment safely.
• Mentor crew and ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
